1. Self-attested Date of Birth Certificate (Nursery to I)
2. Transfer Certificate (Class II onwards) + Attested DOB Copy
3. Report Card of last Examination/School
4. 6 Passport Size Photos of the Child
5. 4 Passport Size Photos of Each Parent
6. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
7. Health / Immunization Certificate
8. Aadhar Card (Parents & Child)
9. Proof of Address (Lease Agreement/Utility Bills)
Application Form
Duly filled and signed forms will be considered as incomplete for admission consideration in case of non submission of requisite mandatory documents.
